PAC fundraisers

A reminder to all of our families of the PAC movie night this coming Thursday, Nov 21st in the Salmon Arm West gym at 5pm. Please note that all students require a guardian to stay for the full movie. Order forms were due Friday, Nov 15th – please contact PAC (SalmonarmwestPAC@gmail.com) if you missed the deadline but are interested in coming! A huge Thank you to families who have already donated items for the ‘available to purchase’ treats & drinks that evening. We welcome more if anyone would like to drop off with our office and are still looking for the following items:

-Cases of bottled water
-Packs of juice boxes
-Cookies -Tub of candy for candy bags

For our Winter concert coming up on Tuesday, December 3rd at 1pm and 6pm, the PAC will be hosting a bake sale. They are looking for nut-free baked goodies (either baked at home or purchased!) to be dropped off to the office before 9am on Tuesday, December 3rd. Thank you for your donations and supporting our school PAC.

Lastly, the PAC have their Cheque writing campaign up and running, for any families who would like to donate that way. “Every donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful impact and goes directly toward enhancing educational resources, extracurricular activities, and facilities for our students. If you are interested in making a direct contribution, please visit our school’s website or contact the office for more details. We truly appreciate your support, whether it comes through attending fundraisers, volunteering your time, or making direct contributions.
