Off to a great start! Thank you PAC & Save the dates

We’ve made it through the first week! Our students are settled in their new classrooms and the school is filled with laughter and smiles. On behalf of all the staff at Salmon Arm West, we thank our families for their patience as we formed our new classes this week.

THANK YOU to our PAC president who dropped off flowers for our hard working staff today! They certainly brought smiles to an already very exciting day for the school.

The PAC have a few important dates for families to make note of:

Sept 14th @ 6:30pm – PAC meeting. All family members are welcome to join us for our first Parent Advisory Committee meeting. If you have questions or would like to learn more, please give us a call at the school.

Sept 16th – Popcorn day!

Sept 17th – Bottle Drive: drop off of bottles will be accepted at the school. Our PAC president will be sorting at the Salmon Arm Bottle Depot that day.

Sept 27th @5-6:30pm – Teacher meet and greet. Families are invited to come join us from 5-5:30 for a tour in the school and classrooms, followed by a family pizza order option which will be organized by PAC. Please watch your emails next week for order form information.

All important dates and information will be posted on our webpage, with a monthly newsletter (September’s will be sent out next week).
